Pad Thai 3 tb Oil
1 Clove garlic (minced)
1/2 c Tofu (cubed)
1 Egg
4 oz Sen Lek noodles (flat rice noodles)
1 tb Perserved turnip
2 Scallions (minced)
2 tb Roast peanuts (chopped)
3 oz (mung) bean sprouts
1/2 ts Chili powder
1 ts Sugar
2 tb Light soy sauce
1 tb Lemon juice
Stir fry items in order of list, but save 1/2 peanuts and beansprouts for the table.
