Beef Or Liver One Sun (neua Reu Tab Daed Dio)

Thin slices of rump steak with a little fat attached OR Thin slices of liver
1/2 c Fish sauce
Oil for frying

Marinate the meat or liver in the fish sauce for about 1 hour. Drain. Heat some oil over med to high heat and fry the meat being careful not to overcook it. Remove and drain on paper towels. Eat as a snack with cold beer.
