Satay Thai (Thai Satay)

2 lb Pork tenderloin -- sliced thin or 1" cubes
6 Garlic cloves -- crushed
1 tb Coriander -- ground
1 tb Cumin -- ground
1 tb Turmeric -- ground
1 ts Pepper, white -- ground
1 tb Sugar -- brown
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Coconut milk

Mix pork, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, pepper, sugar, salt and coconut milk in a bowl ... thoroughly. Marinate for at least 1 hour ... preferably overnight in the refridgerator.

Put 4 pieces of pork on a bamboo skewer and browl over hot charcoal for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with Nam Chim Taeng Kwa or Nam Chim Satay.
