Sate Baba 1 Head garlic -- crushed
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 ts Black pepper(ground)
1 tb Rock salt
1 c Native vinegar
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 lb Lean pork -- cut into 1" cubes
Prepare marinade by combining first 6 ingredients. Marinate pork overnight in the fridge. Skewer pork pieces in bamboo sticks. Charcoal broil. Serve with Sate Sauce and Achara.
